San Felipe
San Felipe sits on the upper Sea of Cortez in Baja California, about two hours south of the U.S. border at Mexicali. It is the starting point for panga trips and multi-day trips to the Midriff islands, with corvina, yellowtail, grouper, cabrilla and white seabass the main targets.
