Skipjack Tuna Highlight This Cabo Morning Fishing Charter

Heather, Ken, Stacy, and Larry joined Blue Sky Cabo for a private five-hour fishing excursion aboard the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star.

The group from New York departed at 6:00 AM, beginning their Cabo sportfishing experience with a morning dedicated to exploring the waters surrounding Cabo San Lucas.

The charter's confirmed catch included two skipjack tuna, a fast-swimming species recognized for its streamlined body, distinctive markings, and energetic fighting ability.

Skipjack tuna are commonly associated with offshore schooling activity and represent an important part of the species diversity encountered in Cabo tuna fishing.

Unlike larger yellowfin tuna, skipjack are generally smaller, although their speed and active swimming behavior make them recognizable among offshore anglers.

The fishing record confirms two skipjack tuna but does not identify individual hookup times, bait selections, exact fishing grounds, or specific fishing techniques.
