Cabo Offshore Fishing Charter Experience

On March 18, Tom and his group of five guests boarded the 35-foot Riviera Blue Water for an early morning fishing charter with Blue Sky Cabo. Departing at 6:00 AM, the group had five hours scheduled on the water, with Marlin and Dorado making up the day's recorded catch.

The charter included a dredge fishing setup, an offshore fishing tool commonly used to create the appearance of schooling baitfish and attract the attention of larger predatory species.

The day's results included one Marlin, a highly sought-after billfish in Cabo San Lucas, and one Dorado, a species recognized for its striking coloration and energetic fighting characteristics.

These two species offered variety in the catch record, representing different types of offshore game fish encountered in the waters surrounding Cabo.
