A Birthday Celebration Brings the Family to Cabo for a Fishing Charter

October 14 marked a special family outing aboard the 32-foot Luhrs Blue Star. Returning guest Michael, accompanied by Austin and eight-year-old Michael Jr., had arranged a private fishing excursion to celebrate the young guest's birthday.

The reservation included birthday arrangements, reflecting the family's plans to combine their celebration with time on the waters of Cabo San Lucas.

The charter record listed one Sailfish, a distinctive offshore billfish recognized for its elongated bill and prominent sail-like dorsal fin.

The fishing notes also referenced the Arch and squid, although they did not establish a specific catch location or fishing technique.

One Sailfish Marks This Cabo Family Fishing Charter

The October 14 excursion was affected by a vessel breakdown, which interrupted the planned fishing experience.

The reservation subsequently received full refunds for both invoices associated with the charter.

Despite the operational disruption, the fishing record listed one Sailfish for the date.

For Michael, Austin, and Michael Jr., the outing had been planned as another family experience with Blue Sky Cabo, centered on celebrating a birthday and enjoying a private fishing adventure together.

Final Catch Record: 1 Sailfish
Total Fish: 1
