Cabo Dorado Fishing on an Eight-Hour Charter

Chad and Kristian joined Captain Oscar aboard Blue Water for a full-day fishing charter. Their reservation scheduled an early departure at 6:00 a.m. and a return at 2:00 p.m., providing eight hours aboard the 35-foot Riviera.

The guests had expressed an interest in targeting marlin. The final catch record, however, lists one Dorado, making Dorado the sole species recorded for this trip. That distinction keeps the report focused on the actual result while preserving the guests’ original fishing preference.

A dredge was included in the charter arrangements. The booking and catch record establish the equipment selection and final tally without attributing the Dorado catch to a particular method.

Cabo Guests’ Fishing Goal and Charter Result

This February 22 outing brought two guests aboard Blue Water under Captain Oscar’s leadership. The confirmed schedule, passenger count, and catch provide a straightforward account of the day: an eight-hour private charter with one Dorado recorded.

For readers reviewing Cabo San Lucas fishing reports, this entry represents the outcome of this individual trip. Chad and Kristian’s marlin preference was part of the reservation, while the completed charter contributed a Dorado catch to Blue Water’s February record.
