Five Roosterfish Highlight a Cabo Morning Fishing Charter

Blake organized the January 23 excursion aboard Blue Water, accompanied by Terry, Chloe, Tyler, Luke, and Jason.

The six guests reserved a five-hour private charter, bringing their group together for a morning of Cabo San Lucas sportfishing.

Their recorded catch consisted of five roosterfish, making this distinctive game fish the only species represented in the results.

Roosterfish are recognized for their prominent, comb-like dorsal fins, which give them one of the most distinctive appearances among sportfish found around Cabo.

With five fish recorded, the outing contributed another roosterfish-focused result to Blue Water's January fishing records.

A Five-Hour Cabo Fishing Experience Aboard the Blue Water Charter

The January 23 excursion was scheduled to depart at 6:00 AM and return at 11:00 AM, providing a five-hour fishing window.

Oscar was assigned to the 35-foot Riviera Blue Water for the six-guest outing.

The charter's final catch featured five roosterfish, with no additional species included in the fishing results.

This single-species result distinguished the excursion from mixed catches featuring marlin, dorado, and roosterfish during other January charters.

The five-hour morning schedule provided the group with a private Cabo fishing experience aboard Blue Water.

Final Catch Record: Blue Water, Oscar, six guests, five scheduled hours, five roosterfish.
