Three Species Highlight an Eight-Hour Cabo Fishing Charter

Ray organized the January 21 fishing excursion aboard Blue Water, accompanied by Matt, Zach, and Natalie for a private Cabo San Lucas sportfishing experience.

The four guests reserved an eight-hour charter, providing a full morning and early afternoon for their fishing trip.

Their catch featured one marlin, three dorado, and four roosterfish, producing an eight-fish result across three distinct species.

Roosterfish represented half of the recorded catch, while dorado contributed three fish and marlin completed the total.

The combination of billfish, dorado, and roosterfish distinguished this excursion from charters focused exclusively on a single species.

Eight Fish Define This Cabo Sportfishing Charter Aboard Blue Water

The January 21 excursion was scheduled to depart at 6:00 AM and return at 2:00 PM.

Oscar was assigned to the 35-foot Riviera Blue Water for the four-guest outing.

The eight-hour schedule provided an extended fishing window for the group, with three different species appearing in the final catch record.

The four roosterfish formed the largest portion of the results, followed by three dorado and one marlin.

This varied catch adds another multi-species entry to Blue Water's January 2026 fishing history.
