Ten Roosterfish Highlight the Cabo Fishing Experience During This Charter

January 14 marked the second scheduled fishing day for returning guest Scott and his group aboard the Blue Sea, following their earlier January 12 excursion.

The charter began at 6:15 AM, with Captain Alex overseeing the eight-hour outing aboard the 60-foot Bertram.

Ten roosterfish accounted for the majority of the day's catch, making them the leading species recorded during the excursion.

Recognized for their distinctive comb-like dorsal fins, roosterfish added a different dimension to the group's Cabo San Lucas sportfishing experience.

The substantial roosterfish tally distinguished this outing from their previous marlin-focused trip, creating a contrasting catch record across the two fishing days.

Three Marlin Complete the Cabo Offshore Fishing Results for This Private Charter

Alongside the ten roosterfish, the Blue Sea recorded three marlin, bringing the final tally to 13 fish across two species.

The marlin contributed a billfish component to the day's results, complementing the roosterfish catch and continuing the group's Cabo marlin fishing experience.

A dredge system was included in the charter's fishing arrangements.

For anglers following Cabo fishing reports, the January 14 outing documents an interesting combination of marlin and roosterfish during a single private charter.

The Blue Sea completed its scheduled fishing period at 2:15 PM, concluding the group's second fishing day with 13 recorded fish.
