Four Bonita Lead the Cabo Offshore Fishing Results During This Charter

December 17 marked another Cabo San Lucas sportfishing excursion for James, Michelle, Jarmar, and Bridget aboard the Blue Water, following their earlier charter on December 15.

The group returned for an eight-hour outing beginning at 6:00 AM, with Captain Oscar directing the trip aboard the 35-foot Riviera.

Four bonita accounted for the majority of the day's catch, representing two-thirds of the six fish recorded. This made bonita the leading species in the Blue Water's December 17 fishing results.

Unlike the group's previous outing, which produced equal numbers of marlin and dorado, this excursion featured a greater concentration of bonita.

The difference in catch composition gave the returning guests another distinct Cabo sportfishing experience during their visit.

Marlin and Dorado Complete the Cabo Fishing Record for This Private Charter

Alongside the four bonita, the Blue Water recorded one marlin and one dorado, bringing the final total to six fish across three species.

The marlin contributed a billfish component to the outing, while the dorado added another popular offshore gamefish to the day's catch.

For anglers following Cabo marlin fishing and Cabo dorado fishing activity, the December 17 results document both species alongside bonita during a single private charter.

Captain Oscar and the Blue Water completed the scheduled excursion at 2:00 PM, concluding the group's eight-hour fishing experience with six recorded fish.
