A Relaxed Afternoon Shapes This Cabo Fishing Experience Aboard the Charter

Rachel, Steve, Karen, Owen, and Nick arranged a private afternoon outing aboard the 43-foot Riviera Blue Sky, prioritizing an enjoyable experience on the water alongside recreational fishing.

The group specifically requested a leisurely trip rather than an extended offshore excursion. With some guests interested in activities beyond fishing, their reservation emphasized a comfortable balance between time at sea and the opportunity to catch fish.

Rachel also expressed interest in visiting the Sea of Cortez, although the confirmed reservation does not establish the vessel's actual fishing grounds.

The charter was scheduled from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM, with one dorado recorded as the day's catch.

One Dorado Highlights the Cabo Afternoon Fishing Results for This Charter

The December 21 outing documented one dorado, also known as mahi-mahi, a colorful offshore gamefish associated with Cabo San Lucas sportfishing.

The guests declined the optional dredge fish-attraction system, keeping the charter arrangements aligned with their preference for a more leisurely fishing experience.

For anglers researching Cabo dorado fishing, this trip provides a historical example of a single-species catch during a four-hour afternoon reservation.

The fishing record does not establish the dorado's size, the technique used to catch it, or its release status.

Captain Luis and the 43-foot Riviera Blue Sky were assigned to Rachel's five-guest charter, which recorded one dorado during the December 2024 season.
