A Blue Marlin Highlights This Cabo Offshore Fishing Charter

Jimmy, Brooks, and Colson were the three confirmed guests for this October 5 outing aboard the Blue Sky. Their six-hour reservation provided an opportunity to experience Cabo San Lucas sportfishing, with blue marlin appearing in the final catch record.

The confirmed result was one blue marlin. As a highly recognizable billfish species in the region, blue marlin is a major focus of Cabo marlin fishing and a notable addition to any documented charter report.

The 43-foot Riviera Blue Sky was assigned to the outing, with a scheduled departure at 6:00 AM and return at noon. The booking also included a dredge, a fish-attraction system used in offshore sportfishing. However, the available record does not establish when or how the marlin was hooked.

Why This Cabo Blue Marlin Record Matters for Fishing Charter Research

For anglers comparing Cabo fishing reports, October 5, 2025, provides a documented example of a blue marlin catch during a six-hour private charter.

The distinction between a recorded catch and a confirmed release is important in accurate fishing reporting. The charter information identifies one blue marlin but does not specify whether it was retained or released.

This Blue Sky result adds to the historical picture of Cabo deep sea fishing during October, when anglers research billfish opportunities and different charter options.

With Jimmy, Brooks, and Colson listed as confirmed guests, the day's record centers on a single verified blue marlin and the 43-foot Riviera assigned to their outing.
