Five Dorado Lead This Cabo Offshore Fishing Adventure Aboard the Charter

On September 15, Steve, Brett, Zach, and Derek joined Captain Jorge aboard the Blue Star for an eight-hour private Cabo San Lucas fishing excursion.

The day's confirmed results featured five Dorado and one Marlin, delivering a six-fish catch across two offshore species.

Dorado, also known as mahi-mahi, are recognized for their vivid golden, blue, and green coloration. Their muscular bodies, agility, and powerful swimming abilities make them popular targets among recreational anglers in Baja California Sur.

With five recorded catches, Dorado represented the majority of the group's fishing results.

A Marlin Adds Variety to This Cabo Sport Fishing Charter

Alongside the Dorado, the group recorded one Marlin, one of the signature billfish associated with Cabo sportfishing.

Marlin are distinguished by their elongated bills, streamlined bodies, and impressive strength. Their reputation among offshore anglers contributes to Cabo San Lucas's appeal as a fishing destination.

A dredge attraction system was included in the charter arrangements, although the catch record does not identify the specific techniques used.

Final Catch: 1 Marlin, 5 Dorado

Total Fish: 6
