Three Dorado Lead This Cabo Morning Fishing Adventure Aboard the Charter

On July 20, Danielle, Roberta, Luke, and Preston boarded the Blue Star for a six-hour private Cabo San Lucas fishing excursion.

Although the group had expressed interest in catching Marlin, the confirmed results featured three Dorado and one Roosterfish.

Dorado, also known as mahi-mahi, are recognizable for their brilliant golden, green, and blue coloration. Their speed and energetic fighting abilities make them popular among recreational anglers.

With three Dorado recorded, this species accounted for most of the day's confirmed catch.

A Roosterfish Adds Variety to This Cabo Sport Fishing Charter

Alongside the Dorado, the group recorded one Roosterfish, bringing the total to four fish.

Roosterfish are distinguished by their prominent dorsal fins, which resemble a rooster's comb. Their muscular bodies and powerful swimming abilities have earned them a reputation as challenging sportfish along the Baja California coastline.

The charter included a dredge, and drone coverage was arranged. However, specific hookup times, fishing methods, and release outcomes were not documented.

Final Catch: 3 Dorado, 1 Roosterfish — 4 fish total.
