Six Hours Aboard Blue Sea

On April 23, six returning Blue Sky Cabo guests boarded the Blue Sea for another fishing experience aboard the 60-foot Bertram. Their previous charter on the same vessel made this a familiar return to Cabo San Lucas.

The charter departed at 7:00 AM, providing six hours of fishing before the scheduled 1:00 PM return.

With a dredge included in the fishing setup, the group finished the outing with one marlin and one dorado. These two species added variety to the day's catch, combining a sought-after billfish with one of Cabo's popular offshore gamefish.

Breakfast, lunch, bait, and an open bar were included in the charter arrangements.

Estimated Hookup Times

• 8:45 AM – Marlin: One marlin caught.
• 11:15 AM – Dorado: One dorado caught.

Estimated times; actual hookups were not timestamped.

Fishing Conditions

The six-hour morning schedule allowed the guests to fish during daylight hours aboard Blue Sea. The dredge was part of the charter's fishing equipment, and the confirmed catch consisted of two different offshore species. Both fish were recorded in the day's results.
