Fishing on the World Famous EL BUDSTER. The Brian Kanke party from Spring, TX has a fine day. They fish inshore close to the Cabo Arches. They catch ten YELLOWTAIL ( 12 - 15 lbs. ) and one 15 lb. ROOSTERFISH. The water temperature was 72 - 73 degrees.
