GENERAL CONDITIONS
The water temperature has been reaching about 65⁰ F. The weather has been a mix of warm days and cooler days with the temperatures in the high 50’s and 70’s. Water clarity is very good.
Please note boaters must be 100 feet away from the swim ropes, fish tube and the docks.
We encourage all anglers to please stop by our kiosk on the way out to report catches, stories, comments, and/or concerns.
CATFISH
The best bait to use has been nightcrawlers, mackerel, chicken livers, anchovies and sardines.
TROUT
Boaters are catching limits of trout early in the morning and they are using worms and power-bait. Anglers report that the Stanley dock and the 2nd dock are good places to reel in trout.
BASS
Bass are biting on senko’s and plastic worms, but remember to release your bass back into the lake to keep the population up.
