Intrepid starts their trip by successfully fishing for Cows in the rain

"Cow fishing in the rain," said the report from Intrepid January 24. "We arrived on the grounds around 11 a.m. to find things void of life, but after a little searching and trolling for Wahoo we found a spot to fish. The afternoon and evening was best for us and we made a nice start to the trip. We had a few big guys and the rest of our Tuna were in the 90 to 190-pound range. The Wahoo we caught were all nice grade, but we only had a couple of handfuls hit the deck. We are cruising around catching a few flyers for tomorrow's fishing."
