Between scheduling conflicts and bad weather today was the first day we got the boat off shore for some tuna. I seen lots of promise for a occasional night time fishery with the new sonar.
Todays trip was just me and 2 of my crew members. We did manage a 130pound Bluefin tuna and seen lots of jumpers ranging from 50 pounds up to around 300 pounds.
We will schedule dates next season for these trips. Right now we are getting prepared for crab combos starting up November 4th.
