Boats fishing on 1.5 trips and longer are starting to see and catch a few bigger Bluefin up to 150 pounds. They are being caught on knife jigs, sinker rigs and the sinker jig (Eddie Bomb).  The daytime fish are being caught on flyline and 100 to 150 gram Colt Sniper and Zakana jigs. We have Full day to 3 day trips fishing offshore for Bluefin tuna and Yellowtail.

The Dolphin had 7 Legal Halibuts and and 16 short Halibut for their Halibut trip. They have Halibut trips every Wednesday.

The Pegasus called in with LIMITS of Buefin Tuna (15 @ 60 to 100 lbs.) for 19 anglers on a 1.5 day trip. 

The Fortune called in with LIMITS of Bluefin Tuna (10 over 100 lbs.) for 14 anglers on a 2 day trip. 

The Pacific Queen returned this morning with 110 Bluefin Tuna (40 to 150 lbs.) for 24 anglers on a 3 day trip.

The Fullday boats that were out today had very good fishing on 20 to 40 pound Bluefin. 

The Shogun reported in with 40 bluefin 40 to 150lbs. so far on their 3 day trip.

The Dolphin 1/2 AM caught 59 Assorted Rockfish and 42 Vermilion Red Rockfish for 12 anglers.

The Dolphin morning trips will be targeting deep water Rockfish. The Dolphin afternoon trips will be fishing near the kelp beds.

We want to urge all customers that are fishing with us this year to please make your FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS as soon as you book your fishing trip. If you DO NOT HAVE A FISH PROCESSING RESERVATION when you get back to the dock there is a chance they will not be able to process your fish. Most boats will be preparded to fillet your fish for a fee, should you be unable to get fish processing reservation.
