GENERAL CONDITIONS
Fishing has been good for catfish and black bass.
CATFISH
Fishing for catfish has been good at the boat ramp or Channel Point with anchovies, nightcrawlers or chicken livers.
TROUT
Trout fishing has slowed down. Nothing to report.
BASS
Black Bass have been biting with artificial baits/lures or nightcrawlers anywhere around the lake or from boats.
STRIPED BASS
Try fishing for striped bass at the east side near the dam with artificial baits or lures.
OTHER SPECIES
Crappie and bluegill have been biting with jigs or worms at the Boat Ramp area or Channel point.

Del Valle LakeGENERAL CONDITIONS The weather this week here at Del Valle has been beautiful. It has been chilly early in the mornings with temperatures rising into the low 90s by mid day.
