Weather has been cool/cold with rain storms keeping most people away. No reports of anything other than smaller striped bass. A few kayaks have been seen heading out to fish from Big Break, but no reports back.

Del Valle LakeWater temp has dropped into the low 50’s and the mornings are cold, frosty and slow. Fish are not really biting until the sun hits the water. Power bait and worms are working the best. Mt. Lassen planted 750 lbs of trout at the public launch on the 12th. I don't know why we aren’t getting DFG trout plants but I’m going to look into it.
