The water is still muddy trout fishing has been slow.
Black Bass is picking up, biting with artificial baits/lures and on nightcrawlers everywhere on the lake. Look for catfish at Channel Point, Loma Island or from a boat with nightcrawlers or chicken liver.
Try fishing for crappie or bluegill on jigs or worms at the boat ramp area, Loma Island or Channel Point area.
